In case it might help someone here are some notes my father (D. Clark signalman) made on the crew of the Norwich City. These are based on his diaries and later recollections.

Forgot to mention my father joined the Norwich City 28 May 1941 at Greenock and left it 10 Oct 1942 in the US so this list covers this period.
